Individual therapy sessions are offered for adults and adolescents ages 12 and older. Session time is spent exploring goals, processing thoughts and feelings, and learning and practicing concrete tools to best meet your needs.

Rate: $175 per 50 minute session

Family therapy sessions are offered for 2 or more family members. Together, we will identify sources of strength and conflict with the goal of improving understanding and support within the family system.

Rate: $200 per 50 minute session

Couples therapy sessions are offered for couples of all stages and relationship status. Sessions will focus on connecting with the goals of the couple in order to meet your relationship’s needs.
